So 33x12.5R15 wont be too big for a 2.5\" suspension lift?  What sort of backspacing would I need for the wheels to prevent tires like that from rubbing?

I plan on it, assuming 33x12.5R15 tires will fit on them :P

Again, I run 33s on 4\" backspacing with 2.5\" lift.  On the street, I don\'t get any rubbing at all.  In the dirt, it only rubs on the most flexy parts where the tires will get into the fenders a little bit (sway bar disco\'d).  Because you do not have extended flares yet, this is where you\'ll see and hear it the most when twisted up.  If you leave your sway bar connected, I think it\'ll be really pressed to rub at all in the dirt.

Test your rig out to ascertain your own limits.
