ok here is my issue...

I am having issues finding a \"good\" place for my frame mounted pump..
Make a long story short I want to run an in tank pump.

The 91-95 YJ 4.0L sending units will bolt into the 87-90 YJ tank..
Could it be as simple as swapping the 4.0L 40psi pump for a lower 15psi pump that I need?

Any suggestions or inof on this would be appreciated..

as long as you get your needed pressure and flow rate, it should be just that easy.  The regulator is a separate piece? Just thinking about return vs returnless and making sure that\'s accounted for.... that should be the only other \"gotchya\" in the fuel delivery up to the front as far as I can think of.

well if i use a stock chevy 4.3L in tank pump all of that should be taken care of..

i know the 4.3L TB has a pressure reg in it.. I dont think such a HD one that i would want to throw 40psi at it..

there is a return line on the TB

well..
I ordered a sending unit minus the pump..
I figured I could pull pumps off the shelves at work and see what I can make fit.

some prelim searching is that a 88-89 s10 has and in tank pump 15-20 psi.. I figure i can make that work on the sending unit.?!?!

I think that should work just fine.
