Hey all.  Nice to see faces last night at the meeting.

There were a few comments on the Rugged Ridge bumper on my JK, and I mentioned my intention to get the pre-runner for it also.
Here\'s a couple pics of what the pre-runner would look like.






Also, as I mentioned, someone designed a new winch bumper for the older cherokee/commanche line.
Not sure if he will put it into \"production\", but it looks awesome.

i think your bumper would look better if you left it how it is and custom welded something. the D-rings are what make your bumper look so good and you would loose them to install his pre runner bumper.....i duno, it looks cool, but how much does it weigh? i bet its reallllly heavy

Yeah...I think the pre-runner adds another 50-75 pounds...on top of the 75 pounds the center section is.

they make a hoop for over the winch, and I like the idea of that...but also like the bars protecting the fenders.


Maybe something can be designed to use only the top mounting points, that will offer the key elements I would like for this bumper?
