Sounds good, as long as you have some educated eyes on the rig.  Good luck with it!  Maybe we\'ll see it in the Gander Mountain parking lot sometime soon? :)

ive been buying and selling cars and alot of jeeps over the years, and you NEVER can tell. Ive checked over things with a fine tooth comb and still there can be problems. like my new car, \'02 camaro SS with 27k.......car is mint......except now that ive had it a while, it needs a wheel bearing and a driverside window motor.
the point is that even if you have a professional look it over, the car cant tell you whats wrong with it....
if it could, a jeep would NEVER shut up

if the frame is solid, the 4x4 works and trans/engine are sound then the body is no big deal.

big thing with that year is the 4x4 is vac. actuated. so make sure it works

good luck, hope you get it!

I went down to the mechanic today and he is going to look at the Jeep tonight. I took a few more shots. There is more rust than I thought there was although the engine looks to be in good shape.

i went to the mechanic today and the engine won\'t start. i am going there tomorrow night to work on it and see if we can get it to catch. the good thing is that it turns over. the clutch doesnt work because there is no pressure when i push the pedal in. frame looks great
