good catch. I wasnt thinking clear and sloppy-typed it. I meant to keep the seat and belts TOGETHER. I suppose cage/seats/belts can still be together, via seats and belts get attached to floor of frame/cage. Therefore, belts doesn't move with the cage if it get smooshed in a hard hit at least.
or, just make it strong as hell and play smart!!!

This buggy won't see high speed, but the tying it all together concept is definitely on my mind.
