Anyone ever get this code p0517 code before??? today the check engine code randomly kicked on.

I'd get your alt and battery checked asap, overcharging is No Good.

No it was not hot.  I  unplugged battery.  And a few hours latter after driving it went away.  Was curious if anyone ever encountered this
