How doable would this be for us newbies?

We'd clearly need to get some of the basics that we didn't have yesterday.

s0l0ithz,

If that's an offer to keep the noobie company I will accept it! I'm working on getting the required safety gear. I'll keep folks posted on progress.

If I did the math right I'm $60 bucks. Any cost for primitive camping?

Certainly.  Our main wheelin day is Saturday, though.  If enough people are broke or tired, or if the weather is bad, Sunday usually ends in the morning or early afternoon.  I'm pretty flexible these days and could stay through the evening.

You don't need a winch to wheel. And they do not allow 4 wheelers at that park they do have another property that allow bikes and quads.

I think the bike/quad area has closed. It wasn't common ownership, just common name.

Well, it looks like the noobs are out. This time. Just need a little more time to repair some non-101 related stuff to teh TJ as well as make sure we have the right stuff. It was starting to feel too much like compromising on some safety items (tow out points, tires, parts) which is not worth the risk. We are going to keep prepping and hope to be ready very soon.

New lift springs arrive Wednesday.   Best way to test out alignment is to drive to Rausch wheel and then drive back right ?
