TJ Hood Hinge Dims

Can any TJ guys out there get me some dims on the bolt pattern for the hood hinge? I'm looking for the dims for the pattern with three bolts on the hood itself.

Reason I'm asking is my brother wants M4 to make some hi lify jack hood mounts.

Made a template last night from my buddy's rubi. Used clear plastic and a Sharpie so it's exact. Need to figure out hole size now that'll be an easy look up.
