Dana 30 Test Vehicle

Within the next two weeks we will have a new model Dana 30 available for testing in the Rochester area.  This test is scheduled to run approx. 2 weeks.  We need a daily driver of a pre-2007 Jeep even if it has an Aussie or other locker installed, and if you can get some winter offroad time in that would be ideal, but not essential.  We will supply the locker, pay for installation and removal and re-installation of another locker.  Plus there will be compensation for the vehicle owner.  If you are interested in this project please let me know.  As soon as we have the part we will need to schedule the installation very quickly as time is of the essence.

I have an 07 Unlimited DD that would be available...If that helps let me know. I will also be doing some winter wheeling the 11th of feb.

Bill also not sure how far back you can go on the year, but i could throw one in my XJ for a rausch trip thats planned this weekend- its a 96

Mike,

The year is fine.  However, we will not have the locker available for this weekend unless there is a miracle at the heat treatment facility.  I will let you know butright now I am assuming that availability of the test lockers will be next week, but hoping otherwise. .  Did you receive my note in doing the installation if your vehicle is not used?

Once we get into the new factory and have it up and running we will get back to the new product development.  We have retained another engineer to assist us in new products so we should be in good shape resource wise to make the JK D44 Next Gen. happen in the 2nd qtr. That is assuming that we do not run into any technical issues with the design.

If you still need a tester, my 2003 TJ X is available.  D30 front currently unlocked, no rear locker either.  I've got a normal DD, so the Jeep available anytime and I can easily put in some mileage once installed.  I'll be out of country Feb 6-13.  Let me know.
