Not sure if this is the one listed as \"Northumberland\".
Youtube vid says this place is called \"Anthracite Offroad Area\"?

yup, so is the plan.  Some of our club members have been to some of the town meetings, and have gotten a tour of the site. i have spoke to a couple of the man people heading the project.  not sure where it is, and what the status is.  it has been kinda quiet.  

we are waiting!

it\'s in Coal Township (along with a couple other townships) right off PA 125

Still progressing from what I hear.  They got a few planning grants and I think that\'s still in final processes.
