i really dont have much use for a snorkel cause i figure when the steering wheel is touching water and it feels like your floating and cant get any traction... you have other problems :) when i got stuck there it was cause i was worried about tiping trying to get out, i could drive back and fourth, i just couldnt turn to get out...
my intake is snuged up over the carb right up to the hood... which is about 50\" water proof :)
