hi all
« on: January 27, 2011, 07:59:31 AM »
Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is chris, I work at gander mt and seen some of you tuesday come in for your meeting. I wanted to introduce myself then but was a bit busy.
I live in Brockport, used to drive a 92 red chevy stepside with a big git r done sticker in back window. i have been looking for a club to join for some time now. I have been interested in all 4x4 stuff since i can remember and would love to finally get into trail riding( once my jeep is ready). Playin in the mud is always a blast but want to learn and see what trails are like.
I now own a 99 grand cherokee (wj)that at the moment is totally stock but i have many plans for it like to start soon hopefully a iron rock 4\" lift etc etc. i hopefully will have off the next meeting night so i can sit in otherwise i will make the time to sneak away to introduce myself.
Hope to meet soon.

we would love to have someone that works at gander mt in our club!

then maybe we could get in contact with a manager that will give straight answers and not double book on the night that we have been using the meeting room for years!

Welcome!  I\'d personally comp your membership if you work with facilities and could kill a couple of the musac speakers next to the meeting room - or rewire them to be controlled by the knob in the room....

We\'ve talked to management about the music.... bottom line is it\'s wired wrong for the setup with full volume speakers too close to the room, and they say they have no control over the store-wide volume.
