Thursday and Friday:  8-10 people for set up from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday:8-10 people from 9:00 AM to end of load-out

[color=99FF00]TICKETS:[/color] Each Club Member shall receive Two (2) Tickets per Performance

Club shall provide Club members to  provide manual labor as needed by Feld, including, without limitation, flagging, timing trucks, flouring track, fixing banners and pennants and hanging plastic sheeting for safety holds.

I should be able to be there Friday after 4:30, and  Saturday and Sunday all day.

Erik and I will not be able to attend this Monster Jam, we will be in Curacao scuba diving.

Maybe an experienced board member or regular member could step up to be the group leader/liaison between the event coordinator and FingerLakes 4x4

It would be really great if the liaison could be someone who would be able to work the entire time...  If we as a club are going to try to make the Syracuse Jam help happen, I\'ll need to save my vacation time for that...

If nobody who can work Thurs-Fri is willing though, I certainly am.

And I\'m in for Friday afternoon Saturday and Sunday of course, as needed.

Since the event is not during RIT break this year, I will not be able to help with setup Thursday and Friday.  I will be available Saturday and Sunday, though.

As discussed at the meeting last night, we\'re asking for some additional help from nonmembers. Thanks to Eddie\'s relationship with the Barnyard Boggers we should have plenty of hands for this.

Club members who can commit to working will have first priority but both this and the Syracuse show will be open to others beyond members in good standing so we can help out with these great events and spread the opportunity of standing next to 1500hp monster trucks a little further.

I\'m handing over the reins as the contact person for Monster Jam events to the President, or to whom ever wants the job. I\'ve emailed the show directors with Smike\'s contact info, and he should be hearing from them soon. Good luck with the Rochester show!
