TECHNICAL SUPPORT/IMPLEMENTATION SUPERVISOR – IT DEPT.
Position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day technical support functions of the Call Center including, but not limited to, computer platforms, Point-of-Sale and Catalog environments and applications. General functions include installation, improvement and enhancement and troubleshooting of the following: operating systems, applications, hardware, connectivity, internet, internal/external training, and other program products.
Requirements: Associate\'s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school plus 2 years of relevant experience; PC skills/knowledge with software and operating systems; working knowledge of J-CON, Eagle, A-DIS, data and telecommunication systems a plus.
