AMC 20 and Dana 30 Carriers

I\'m looking for an AMC model 20 diff carrier for a ratio numerically higher than 3.07:1 and also a Dana 30 carrier for a ratio numerically higher 3.73:1. I want 4.10:1 or higher gears for my cj7 wide track axles. With lockers would be great, spiders not needed.
