Hey,

Just wanted to throw a hello out.  I\'m moving up to the area in two weeks from Detroit.  I just acquired an Xterra, so I\'m excited to see it\'s capabilities and determine if a suspension lift will be an unnecessary necessity.  I hope you all don\'t hate on stock 4x4s?

Anyway, I hope it\'ll be fun times in the future.

Be good.

Hi Leann,

I wheeled an xterra, first Gen, for many years. It was so much fun for trail riding and mild wheeling. I upgraded to a 3\" suspension lift, 2\" body lift, rock slider step rails, custom beefy rear bumper, ARB front bumper with a warn 8000# winch and skids plates throughout. After all those upgrades I bought a Jeep. The xterra brought me many years of fun trail riding, I tried to make it more hard core, then finally gave up and bought the Jeep. Now I have a hard core rock crawling competition Jeep, which is what I grew into. It all started with an xterra 9 years ago.

We do have a bunch of unashamed stock vehicles in our club, they amaze the more built vehicles all the time. Our club is open to any vehicle type or build level. We have stock to hard core. There are a ton of xterra clubs out there and another female club member with an xterra. I never had too much fun with the xterra only groups but I know Katie has. Either way the X is a fun platform to learn on and explore trails.

Good luck, and looking forward to meeting you
-cora

Hey, thanks, I look foward to events.

Oh, I should ask, the club meetings that members are supposed to attend are three hours away from where I live.  Is it totally necessary to attend every one?

 :agree:

Gotta start somewhere.  Some progress more quickly than others.  It\'s all fun, though!

Welcome to the site!

You\'d have to show up to an actual event or meeting to actually join the club, but making every meeting is not a requirement, no.

 :welcome:

Glad to have you!

Microdot and CoraC143 know their way around Xterra\'s. They can definetly help with questions!
And remember...
We all started on small tires!

So I saw there was a cruise in Henrietta tomorrow, what exactly does this entail?  I may be able to make it, although I\'m not sure how to get more 411.  Help is much appreciated!!!
