95 chevy half ton 4x4 and my turn signals dont work any ideas?

my hazzards work no problem but no turn signals at all. any ideas why? i have been told theres afuse under the hood or its the signal switch?

every light in the truck works except for the turn signals. I replaced the fuses and bulbs. I dont think its the switch because it feels tight in the column.

What about the blinker relay?  The thing that is suppose to make noise when the light cycles on and off...

sounds like relay to me. i believe the fuze is merged with something else on that truck, and if every thing else works the relay would be the best place to start
