BFG AT 285 75 R16 Erated FAIL.
« on: February 01, 2010, 02:28:40 PM »
90% of my miles are hard towing.  i was at 50% tread and hadn\'t changed the oil yet.  Im at about 7K miles now and the back two tires are evenly touching the wear bars.

very disapointed in this 212$ E rated tire with no warranty.  never again.

2001 2500 cummins juiced.  too much power for the tire.  Cat scales say im well within rating of rear axle tires grossing just over 14K lbs with truck trailer jeep.

Why were on this subject, the BFG Rugged Trails that came on stock on my Titan (275/70/18) were bad enough to not pass inspection with 22K miles, rotated them twice, very disappointed.

I only got 17k out of the stock tires that come on a tacoma (no heavy loads no towing 99.9% unloaded hiway speeds) forgot what brand but they were junk
