ha!  be happy to take a look at it and help you out with some ideas, but i dont have the time or the room to work on a fool size :)

got the center dash and some panels over the case bolted in.  Put the driver seat in and it feels great where my shifters are going to be.

man you are in luck well kind of... the biggest piece of 1/2 ppe i have is 27 1/4\"x 33 1/2\"...

the difference between ppe and hdpe are:

1. hdpe is cheaper(or so it was but not any more i have just learned)

2. ppe has a better heat rating but only like 40 degrees

3. ppe is non- porous(no good to r.t.v.)

4. hdpe is porous

chemistry resistance is equal between the both of them.

really the heat rating is why ppe costs more cause it\'s main usage is for tank building for metal plating lines(what i do for work).

or if you want hdpe i could look into a local price for ya(save ya on shipping)

i think that might work, subframe rails i think are 26.5\" apart after more carful measuring.

whats the price on something like that?

McMaster, i was spending about 80$

just looking for something to help slide over rocks and stuff on the belly.  i have never done something like this before so if the price is right, ill give it a shot.

thanks!

ok so as i looked at your frame, those rails are the closest points to mount to, if this was my rig especially since it\'s nice i\'d make a little sub frame for down there. cause one of three things will most likely happen, first is if you get high sided, it will either break the sheet of poly, flex it enough to bend the mounting hardware or rip the hard ware through the edges of the plastic. just my 2 cents.

but any ways who\'s driving? to get or deliver? and do you still have that aussie? if so what do you want for it cash + poly? or make me an offer delivered or picked up.

ya, it will have a sub frame, i wasn\'t planing on building that part until the rest is finished, its taken apart, and i can flip the chassis upside down, easier to work on, and i have been leaving the upside down welding to do anyway.

I sold the axles as a set, so locker is gone. i could meet you in buffalo sometime, or have someone pick it up for me.
