I can post my anti-rock run list again if anyone cares.

Maybe when they get a bit bigger it will be better for the people that travel 5 hours to wheel.

Guided wheeling just does not work.

so i didnt make it to rausch last night.  jackknifed the truck and trailer around Mt Morris last night on a bridge that was icy.  truck and trailer, and a little jeep damage.  trailer separated when we hit hard and i kept going.

All and all looking at it in the day light its not so bad, and most importantly im ok.

thanks again mike for the wrecking / towing help.

cruse control in 2wd is bad on ice.

Glad you\'re OK!  Stuff can be fixed or replaced.  A lot harder with the human body.  Also good that you weren\'t far from home yet.

Well sat you guys missed a beautiful day of wheeling.
Fri night was typical 17deg and windy.
but sat was high around 35 and nothing but sunshine. made for a great day. a little cold on the face, traveling from east to south without a windshield. but we managed to cover almost the entire park. (not every trail, but alot of them.) some in directions i had never run before.
We were cooking and sitting around the fire sat night when aprox. 8pm a husband and wife driving a tj and yj rolled out of the trails and into the campsites. they had spent 4 hours winching and towing a broken vehicle out of the west property. they even called AAA for a tow from the bar at the edge of the park. cora made them some food and we soaked up the fire. they are a husband wife welders.
sun am we decided to leave because it was raining. when we hit the main road it was a sheet of ice. Eric and I decided to go for it and try to make it to the truck stop. after about an hour of driving with one wheel in the ditch for traction, we made it to the bottom of the mountain. the rest of the trip took aprox 7 hours. we encountered 2  instances where the interstate was shut down because of accidents. freezing rain the entire way home , made for a very long drive at an average of 40mph  . im tired.
when is the next trip
