Got the diff armor welded on the axle then welded the diff and got the 3rd member back in.  Went to bolt up the drive shaft and the new 3rd members bolt pattern is not the same as the old...

Can I unbolt this bolt and just switch the flanges or will it screw something up inside?

im not a toyota guy, but that nut probably sets the pinion bearing pre load.  get a \"feel\" for the resistance before you take it off, and when you put the other one on make it the same (if the spines match)

iff all else fails, look it up on the internet and get a small tork wrench

I think it needs a test run and some bumper/skidplate work before it goes to rousch.  Just the rears welded.

Yeah, i took the flange off the old diff, investigated a little bit and realized I had no idea what I was doing and went the drilling route ha ha.

that really looks FANTAISTIC.

get plates on it, street drive it this week to work out any bugs, and bring it to Rausch!
