It sure as hell is!

Under 5a, that's the fuse I put on it cause I was curious myself.  I wanted to measure the fan but my amp clamp doesn't do DC :(.  Engine drops quite a bit when I turn that sucker on, I see a new alternator in the future lol.

this one was the best value and features for what i needed at work, it can be found a couple bucks cheaper but i have two of them and they have worked very well

The ratings on multi-meters are really stupid, its never everything you want.  I carry 2 with me and we have a monster 6000A Power Quality data logger thang for the big stuff.

Thats very similar to mine, you can hardly fit a 500MCM in that sucker.

The back light on mine shuts off in like 20 seconds I'm going to smash it one of these days!

This will be my next one, we'll see how the expense account is looking at the end of the year  ;D

Hydro installed.  Driveway tested, and hauling 6.5hrs to big dogs wednesday, lets hope it works :o.  GM 1-wire alternator emergency swap after mine fried itself, thinking it did not like the atf splashing on it from bleeding the hydro, then again its probably original, so who knows.  My pics are absolutely horrible, need to clean my otter-box something fierce.

Hydro defiantly in the running for top 3 upgrades.  Suspension seats as well.  My back is usually shot after a day of wheeling and tenting, but it was fine all week.
