I like that.  What material? I want to make something similar for my front, I was planning 3/4\" to 1\" solid since I can only to a half spider with my tie rod where it is.

1 1/8 tube 1/4inch wall. same stuff I used to do my fenders and hoops for my rock rails. I have hit them hard enough and haven\'t bent them yet so I am sure tha it will hold up for the rock ring. (I also have a die for it so it makes it easy to bend)

I got board agian and finally got around to doing a u-bolt flip on the rear axle of the cj. Just needed to move the shock mount and cut the axle mounts that I got (scout II ) in half to widen them 1/2 inch. looks good and there is about 2 more inches of ground clearance.
