My wifes a Jeep girl again!

she has previously had 2 different libertys and then her altima...then we decided to get rid of the altima and go for a grand cherokee. so ive been doing my research and finaly bought one tonight!

the engine light came on on the way home lastnight, i ran it through the shop and it threw a tranny code, theyre fixing it when the parts come in monday, its all covered under warranty except for the $100 deductable.

I really hope they improved the quality of the WK\'s over the WJ\'s.  I love my WJ, but it really hurts when I pee.

Nah, when you fix an axle seal on a ford 8.8, it stays fixed.  When you fix it on a D44A, it leaks again, and again, and again.

so i guess the tranny needed more work than expected...yesterday they called me and said they had to do a complete re-haul on it. doesnt bother me as its under warranty. just annoying cuz i bought the limited partly because it has the better trans in it. oh well i guess.

ok so we got it back today.

they overhauled the trans, replaced front pump and torque converter.

seams to drive ok now. only time will tell. the important thing is that my wifes happy shell get to drive it to work tomorrow. (whats that saying...if momma aint happy...) haha
