The following is the format that will be used when an event is posted.  Just copy, paste and edit as needed.  Please use this format for clearity and organization.

The subject line should read  EVENT : DATE

WHEN: Dates of Event
WHERE: Location Of Event
MEETING TIME: When
MEETING PLACE: Where
CB CHANNEL: #
RESTRICTIONS: Vehicle type, size, modifications
COST: $$$
CAMPING: Where, Cost
LINK: Is there a link to the park or event
FLYER: Is there a flyer, link to it[/color]

[color=000000]Give a brief overview or any needed additional info, especially to gain interest[/color]
