COST: RC = $70/veh & driver, $25/passenger (+$60 park membership)
            AOAA - $40/veh & driver, $20/passenger
            LM = $20 spectator fee

CAMPING: on-site at RC = primitive, campgrounds and hotels nearby
             AOAA = Trailhead campground
