1951 Dodge M37, 3/4 ton, 4x4 (NP420, NP200, 5.83s)

I'm not sure what the end goal is yet. It really isn't nice enough to restore. I know there will be some purist push-back but I'm leaning toward LS, auto, D60/14b, and 40s for "cheap" drivability. The more proper option would be 4BT, NV4500 but that gets pricey quickly.

What to do, what to do...

what are the tires that are on it? 37s? I might want to talk to you about those for my kei truck silliness that I want more and more badly to work on. I need a barn!

36" Buckshot Mudders on non-split 16" wheels. They hold air but are pretty cracked.

Wingman:
DMV nonsense taken care of.

Tear down has begun. Plow frame and hydraulics returned to previous owner per agreement. Bazillion pound PTO winch and bumper removed to the "sell" pile. Most of the wiring removed.
