I think we are down to 5 confirmed for RC Sat. [emoji22]

Want to get on the trails by 8:30, if possible. Gets dark pretty early these days...

Now, now, don't get too excited. You'll have plenty of time.  :o

AOAA is partnering with Shamokin to allow park users to drive their rigs into town on a designated route from 1100-1700 on 11/3

The AOAA will be “Taking it to the Streets” on Saturday November 3rd from 11AM till 5PM! Anyone riding at the AOAA will be permitted to ride their ATV, Dirt Bike, SxS or other OHV into downtown Shamokin to access the local businesses. Yes you read that right…you will be permitted to ride the streets on a predetermined route from the AOAA trails to downtown Shamokin and back. You will be able to park downtown and enjoy the local restaurants and stores. This will be a one day trial event to see if we can move forward next year to allow our riders into the City of Shamokin & Coal Township on a regular basis to support the local businesses.
All AOAA rules & regulations will apply as well as local motor vehicle laws for this event. Please go to www.aoaatrails.com and read them. We will be looking for volunteers to help put on this event. The City of Shamokin has asked us to help support local business so that is what we plan to do with your help! Please come and support “Taking it to the Streets 2018”! Thanks Dave

Talked to someone who was there for this. Said there was 800+ at the park! Crazy!

We'll have to see how the locals faired through it all...
