Charlie Buisch of Whispering Pines, Rest in peace
« on: May 08, 2017, 03:24:09 PM »
Just rec'd the following from Molly Mears regarding Charlie's passing, and services.
I'd like to suggest the club make a donation in Charlie's memory to the Stroke Rehab program. Maybe rather than spending club money (since dues are essentially our only income now), we take a collection. I'll personally kick in $40.

WP might not have been the biggest or the best place to wheel, but it was one of the closest, and more importantly, had one of the biggest influences on the club from the first training events we did there with Valley Hummer and on to our own 4x4 101 series.

I'd concur with this. I'd suggest that the club send a simple flower/card arrangement and then take up a collection at the next meeting for donation.

Not much time to have flowers ordered, but I like that idea.
