Can the window be made a tad wider so you can see the whole page width without scrolling?  Or is that a browser setting?

It's because they're a PDF in an iframe if I recall right.

click to open in a new window would be the easiest workaround.
redoing the whole site to be better about dynamic widths would be the hard way.
