One bead lock tire/wheel combo completed.  Used factory Ford 16x7 wheels and Total Metal Innovations Weld-on Bead Lock kit.  Powder coated wheel, painted ring.  Well used 345/75R16 BFG KM2.

Needed some extra space for front air shock lateral travel.  Opted to notch frame.  Probably not the best solution but it should be fine.

Final assembly has begun.  I needed to get the pile of parts back into the shop to make winter storage room.

Engine got a hole drilled for the dip stick, oil pan installed.  Trans got the torque converter filled and installed and then mated to the engine.  Trans/t-case adapter kit assembled with reluctor ring, RTV, seals, and Loctite.  Then refitted the pair back into the chassis.

A little toaster oven baking made the reluctor ring slide on a bit farther

Finally married for good

...and back to this point

What's your plans for finish on the cage?
Powder coat or spray can?
Arie has some really nice product he used on his CJ cage. Can't remember what it was.

Rattle can. It's going to see abuse anyway. That is the final color.
