I know that as a club we decided not to help out at Syracuse due to lack of participation, but our spots have not adequately been filled.
The show director and I were just texting and he said any help we can provide is better than nothing. He's got two rooms available for club help at the hotel as well.
Thursday and Friday setup, Friday evening (5-7) and Saturday (1-5) pit parties, and a Saturday (7p) show followed by teardown.
I'm working another show in London ON this weekend so I won't be available to help out myself, but contact me if you're willing and able to help out with setup days or teardown especially and I'll get you in touch with the right people.
