My name is Mark and I am a member of the Fingerlakes 4x4 club.  You've been communicating with Mike but he got too busy and, well, you know...

Anyway, I know it is late but is there any chance I could still pre-register our club guys?  It looks like we'd have about 10 if everyone shows who expressed interest.  I can pay cash or check the day of the event or drop it in the mail now.

Advise on how we should proceed.

Wait until the day of the event...My wife(Kari) will be working registration...please ask her to see Jeff and let her know your from the 4X4 club...although my guess is we'll be able to tell that by the vehicles that role in...Looking forward to seeing you Sunday.

Not a hard and fast commitment on the $60 fee but it is something...

It would probably be helpful to have the form filled out prior to arriving.

(Obviously will be built to hold the tire safely, not just sitting haphazardly)
