My thought is to meet as a group before we get to the line up area at Strathallen Park because there are 20 other groups lining up on that street and it would be nice to have everyone together. The Memorial Art gallery is right across the street from Strathallen Park on University.

I suggested 10 because we would be lucky to get everyone there by 10:45. I know in my house, Millie is late for everything. I will have to tell her 9:30

SMike- If you don't decide not to bring the buggy.. try to let Tony or Tom know so they can participate.

I know it is a lot of hurry up and wait. We can wait to decorate till we are in line. That will kill some time and we can take turns going up to watch the parade. we will need to have a few stay back and keep an eye on the vehicles and move them if need be.

Mike, are you still gonna be at your shop a little before 10 so that I can pick mine up or are you just gonna leave it there with the keys in it? I can try an get there at 9:30 or so, but that's the earliest  I can make it.
