T hook for my TJ

Does anyone know where I can get a T hook (or RTJ hook cluster), here in Rochester?

I was always taught to strap to the axles so that the vehicle springs can do their job, even on the trailer.  I use binder chain on the rear control arms and straps on the front inner c.

The ebay straps I got came from the west coast, would not be here in time.  I don\'t know of a local towing supply place, but a local towing shop may be able to point you in the right direction?

On my trailer the tie downs are too far outboard to tie to the D30 inner Cs without being hard into the tires - that\'s certainly a fine way to go if your tiedowns work with it though.  I usually use T hooks when I tie TJs and XJs down because there\'s really no free space on the diff side at all for an axle strap.  On the rear I do whatever I\'m in the mood for :-) I\'ve never had issues either way.

Go to Hardings towing in Henrietta they supply all of the straps hooks and chains we use at work and I have seen RTJ hooks there and a mini J,T combo which is really convenient

Thanks for the info. I ended up ordering from Northern Tool. They arrived in time for the trip to RC and are heavy duty.
