Nope, local place. Metal cloak  would have done it for free, but wanted me to ship it for more money than the local place cost total. I discussed my issues with this new place and he assured me that their process was better. But I have his word on it that if there's issues he'll take care of me. Sucky part is I have to spend half a day pulling it all back off again

I wish my wheel guy did parts as well. I'd trust his process for good 5 years at least. He uses a phenomenal primer. Oh well, I guess I'll just rattle can the crap out of it until it's time to chop the tub!8)

One thing after another.... dead battery: replaced. Still no starting.  Replaced starter: wasn't the problem. Old one works with supplied 12v. (Obviously should have checked first. Whoops) checked all fuses/relays: seem fine.  Read up on an ignition actuator pin common problem : took column apart, pin looks fine.
Next step.... replace ignition?!?!  I hate electricity.
(And rusty powdercoated parts.)

No cranking...i was getting a few solenoid clicks here and there, but now seems like all i hear is the relay. (Also kills everything when i hit the key. Cd's have to keep reloading, etc.)

Good power to starter so it has to be upstream of the solenoid wire... ignition or clutch switch I'm guessing?

I was going to suggest clutch switch.  Put your by-pass fuse in and see if it will crank.  Lower left in your glove box fuse panel.

Jumper power straight to solenoid to see if it cranks?  If things go dead or dim at crank, it sure sounds like a bad connection, positive or negative.

No bypass fuse in the 06rubi so I tried the 4lo method. Nothing. I'm not even getting a solenoid click now. Next step ignition I guess since I'm not the biggest fan of tracing wires under the dash/in firewall.

Yes, 12v to solenoid connector works. Have not checked the ASD...would that keep it from cranking through?
(Ignition switch ordered either way. It was cheap so a spare will be worth it if that's not the problem.)
