I also picked up SeniorXJ from Rok Freekz for setup and teardown help Saturday, he\'ll be watching the show with his son.

Haven\'t heard back from the Boggers I\'ve tried to reach.  Anyone have more #s to try? I think I misplaced the good ones and they haven\'t answered their email and have no forum on their site.

As of now the plan is to meet at the Carrier Dome at 9am.  Hopefully we\'ll all be able to find the loading dock area.  If anyone wants to put together a carpool or convoy we should probably work on that sooner than later.  For those who don\'t want to commute back and forth we should have two hotel rooms as well, I need to confirm with Matt on our numbers.

what exactly are the tickets and where exactly are seats and everything just wondering because ive got two cousins coming and they would like to know exactly what the tickets are,if they are for the pit party also or just general admission

we have no idea.. it is what ever the show director gives us.. in Rochester it is usually mid-level corner seating.. not optimal.. but hey they are FREE!

and I am pretty sure the pit party is included with all the tickets.  It is just a pre-show display/autograph session, not actual access to the pits where the trucks are worked on.

We\'ll be getting two hotel rooms for those who want to stay over.  I don\'t think anyone would be interested in arriving Weds night but that was something Matt asked me.  We\'d need to make arangements for that ASAP.

With our current numbers he thinks we\'ll be in good shape with the size of our tech crew.

Saturday is going to likely be a very long day.  There\'s an 8am meeting on the schedule for the tech crew.  We\'ll have to see if we can get out of that, but don\'t hold your breath :)

If nobody else is planning to I\'ll certainly bring the Dakota over to represent, that also gives me an empty trailer slot for someone else\'s rig.

Actually, those who do need tickets - if you could post your needs that\'ll make things much simpler. I can just let Matt know ahead of time what we need and get it taken care of right away.
