I\'d bet those will rub pretty good.  Depends on wheel offset and your use of the Jeep how much of an issue it will be...

I think that\'s the metric equivalent to 31x10.50r15... Would those rub on a stock LJ?

I have 31x10.5x15 on my 97 tj. I have put a budget boost on but had 31\'s at stock height. Offroad i was rubbing on the fender flares. I always rub on the control arm because i didn\'t install wheel spacers or change my rims. You can run them if you aren\'t offroad and if you don\'t turn the wheels all the way to the steering stops. You can add some washer behind the steering stops so you don\'t rub on the control arms but it also increases you turning radius. Wheel spacers will do the same but you can find rims at aprox. the same price. The first pic stock height on bald 31\'s, second pic new 31\'s with budget boost.

Thanks guys, I think I am going to just go and buy a set of 30x9.5x15 for the winter tires and wait till I put the 4\" lift closer to spring and put the 33s on it ,this way I dont have to deal tires rubbing, I do know that these little tires got to go, Just hate to do that because its cutting into my budget for all the other thing I have been buying for my new toy lol, Looking forward to meeting you guys at the meeting on the 30th, Again thanks alot

There are a couple sets of used 31x1.5x15 AT\'s floating around our shop. A cheaper option vs new, but may rub, and you will have to pay to dismount the tires.

I don\'t want to convince you to buy a set of tires you intend to replace in the spring. Since you intend the lift and 33\'s if you cant wait until spring I\'ld go with the used 31\'s from cora\'s link above. It will save you a couple hundred and the rubbing isn\'t really bad, I\'ve dealt with it since i\'ve owned my jeep. It  got worse when i put the budget boost on cause it shifted the axle off center. I intend to correct all these issues on mine next year, better lift, 33x12.5x15 and new rims. I think thats as big as this thing is going to get, if i need bigger i\'ll build a dedicated trail rig.

Our 31\'s have about 80% tread. If you only run them for a couple months, or 10k miles, you can probably sell them for the same price you bought them for. The only reason we haven\'t sold them yet is because we are too busy to list them on Craigslist. We also have a set of 31\" BF Goodrich AT\'s, mounted on CJ rims, for the same price. Good tread, I can get pics if you want. The generals have the same tread pattern as the AT\'s.
