I guess Im not sure what you want to do?

Your 99 F-150 lug pattern is 135mm

these rims have a 5.5\" pattern
5.5\" converted to mm = 139.7

My guess is they wont fit.
And your rim size is 16\", These are 15\" tires.

I know Mr. Mindless had some tires for sale.
