Sorry that the wife and I had to bug out without saying goodbye.  She had another meeting to attend tonight.  Got home in time to eat half of a quick dinner and off she went.

We had a great time wheeling.  Good shake down for the Rubi, too.  It was good to get it out of mothballs.  Even won a door prize (I never win anything)!

Thanks for the company!

Thank you Jason,
and everyone at the Back Country 4Wheelers.

We all had a great time today. (even in my fullsize)

What a perfect day for a ride with plenty of sunshine, great scenery, and some really fun and challenging roads.

You guys did a great job, everything was very well organized.

We are eagerly awaiting the next Poker Run, and looking forward to a spring Play Day!

Thanks again for inviting us.

Erik

I had an absolute blast today!

I can\'t say enough good things about how my tires worked on the dually.  I was honestly shocked at how well it went for me.  There were some really challenging conditions, especially that last downhill before the last checkpoint.

Jason, your crew put together a spectacular event.  Thanks to all of you.

The weather was great, conditions were.... interesting? but I\'d say nearly ideal.  And I\'ve got to say that I\'d drive up and down that abandoned road in a stocker all day long.

The tow rig earned its green trail certification in my eyes today.  Without a load on the back it will go through more than I thought it would with ease.

I have to say , I am impressed with your dually. When I first saw it out there I thought you were crazy to try it. I now eat my words. I am still smiling after such a great day running roads. A lot of pucker factor but great. Hats off to Jason and the gang for fantastic event. Just what I needed. Maybe now I can make it a little longer through the gloom of off season.

Well thank you all for all the compliments we had a great time setting it up and will definately plan more. Most of the props should go to Dave Derry as he was the one that planned the route and did the maps.

here is a link to some pics and vids that dave and his wife got (he\'s the one with the spring over OD CJ with the louvered hood, just so ya know).

Again thank you all for your support, it\'s nice to have a good time with everybody regardless of club ties.... but damnit next time someone else gets a checkpoint, i wanna play too :burnout:
