Membership question

During the open rock run in the begining of aug can i come and join the club.  Or do i need to wait for something im going to participate in

Currently prospect members are required to come to at least one club meeting that is held the last tuesday of the month at Gander Mt in Henrietta.  At the end of the meeting a membership form can be optained.  There has been discussion about making amendments to this bi-law, which is planned to be a discussion topic at the next meeting, July 28th.

The thing is i have a doctors appt and phyiscal therapy on that day.  Does that mean i cant goto any events?
