i still have to find out if i can take off work. we get one sat a month off and i took the 14th(vday) off. so i dont know if i can have 2 or not...and i dont know what jeep ill have by then...

It looks like I will hook up with Mike at DD in Macedon and count on him for communication.

Yup I have a tow strap in the back of my jeep. But its on of the ones with hooks which I\'ve heard is not good.

with tow hooks youll be fine. make SURE you sign up for the 4x4 101 class. youll learn alot and its alot of fun. (not just a class, we wheel all day too)

I will try, but Im unsure about my schedule for then as of now. Also, I\'ve been looking at some pics from WP. Looks like ther are some rather deep water crossings. Are there trails bypassing these? or shallower spots? I dont have a snorkel and would prefer to not suck up water.

yes, there are bypasses for anything you dont want to go through.

BTW, if you get into the trail and decide your not comfortable for whatever reason you can always jump in with one of us. but youll be fine.

there is only 1 place where i burried my scrambler that no one in this club belongs this time of year, in the summer its a good run for 35\"s and lockers though.  like i said before 80% of the trails can be run stock, and 95% of the trails with 31\"s or 33\"s

The pics look great. Can\'t wait to see the rest. I don\'t know about anyone else but I got home had a drink and dinner and fell asleep by 8:00. Tuff day but I had a blast. As Mark Wing said it was a good day to learn recovery. We should make a time to discuss things that went well and things to do differently.

Thanks for the pics of my Jeep hung up at the trailhead.  Wish there were a few more of the hill, but at least I could show my dad (who\'s in Arizona) that I was having fun out there.

I will be selling my 31\" BFG muds in the next few weeks. They are almost new and the spare has the nubs on it still.

lol, well the rain washed the mud off the side. I can see I have some scratches to buff out myself. Anyone got a really cheap solution? I\'ve never done it before.

did anyone end up with an extra \"D\" ring? Im missing one of mine...i cant remember whos tow strap it was on last

yeah its a cool pic, i saw it quick on the camera. the pix were too big for him to email so he burnt them on a cd for me. we just work opposite scheduels so i havent got the chance to meet up with him yet
