Title: Wispering Pines
Post by: fedrusion on June 09, 2008, 06:16:29 PM
Anyone interested in getting together for a ride. I would like to get out and hit some trails since its been awhile and my list of things to fix is getting short enough to allow it.

Edit:
June 29th
9am-till. Open until 5pm.
Whispering Pines Hideaway
548 Townline Road, Lyons, NY 14489

http://www.whisperingpineshideaway.com/

Mapquest doesnt give the correct directions use the map from the website.

I will meet everyone coming from further away at the Geneva Thruway exit #42. Anyone who will be coming by closer to Canandaigua can meet up somewhere around there. Leaving from exit 42 by 8:30.

I\'m sure someone would be able to make room. I\'m going to try to coordinate something between the boards I posted this on maybe for next weekend. Does anyone know what we need to do about setting this up i.e. making reservations etc. I will probably just find there number on there site and give them a call.

Talked with someone there this afternoon, Were penciled in for the 29th. They said they would be open by 9am and we could go until 5-6.

If we want they have a pavillion and grill that can be used for lunch.

They also have there Fun in the Sun event on July 12th for anyone who wanted to go on a later date.

The prices are $25ea and 5$ for passengers. I believe kids under 12 are free.

Paul I can cover the 25 dollars for taking me if you would like. I am not sure if I will be getting the CJ because I guess cerebrated engines don\'t start when it\'s 30 below in the winter.

If you guys don\'t mind a full size rig tagging along I may meet you out there. I\'ll probably throw my quad in the back of the truck also, and bring out a couple other guys with their ATV\'s as well.
