Title: New wheeler from Cheektowaga
Post by: Wrenchin on February 08, 2016, 01:01:35 AM
Just thought I'd introduce myself here. Kinda new to the 4x4 scene. I've never been on any trails but have lifted a few trucks. I'm a lead mechanic in a transmission shop so turnin wrenches and fixing things is far from new. I own 00 ford excursion with a power stroke lifted sitting on 35s. It's no jeep but me and the family look forward to getting her dirty and havin fun with other like minded people. Just hope I can fit the tank down the trails lol

The Excursion is a land yacht!  ;D

Loved that they equipped a real size SUV with the diesel option.  Wished GM would have done it too.

Welcome to the forum.

Your not kiddin. She's not hard to spot that's for sure. Just hope my vehicle isn't too big to go out and have some fun.   :-\

I love the fact that it's diesel too. Gas motor would be practically useless in it. GM could have made a killing if they followed suit.

Thanks. Good to know I'm not the only person foolish enough to bring a full size vehicle down some jeep trails lol
