Title: UPDATED DATE: Road Cleanup TUESDAY Sept 24th

It is that time of year again! We need to get our portion of 390 cleaned up before the snow flies. We are meeting at Tully's on Jefferson Rd at 5:00 then proceeding onto the Northbound side to start cleaning! Club supplies lovely orange vests, hardhats and garbage bags, you just need to supply gloves and your time! Hopefully the rain holds off.
Many hands make light work!

This is not looking good for a turnout so far. I should be able to make it. Weather is looking dry tomorrow if you're looking at the forecast I like :)

I am out for this as far as walking and picking up (ankle is in bad shape)- i can be a convoy carrier or have matt grab the gear to bring.

As I said at the meeting, I am more than likely out due to packing and other assorted activities needed to be out of my house this week.
but it looks like only 3 possible attendees.. maybe we should re-schedule to next week to hope for more turn out?

I will be free tomorrow at that time so I can come and lend a hand. Other than good boots/gloves should I bring rake & shovel?

With only 4 people confirmed, we'll be lucky to get just the northbound lanes done. I'm making an executive decision to postpone a week to next tuesday.

With only 4 people confirmed, we'll be lucky to get just the northbound lanes done. I'm making an executive decision to postpone a week to next tuesday.

My thought is it's already changed once and is awfully late notice. We will not be done in time for an on time meeting. but aside from that I like it. We need more action on these items in a more timely fashion!
