Title: New from Rochester
Post by: springcaleb on January 07, 2013, 11:41:03 AM
I am new to the forms and new to wheeling. I have a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee (WK2) Overland. As it is new my wife wants to keep is scratch free but she didn't say anything about mud or snow  ;). To date I have only had fun in local mud holes or snow covered parking lots. The first think I will be buy for the Jeep are off road wheels and tires. Any good inexpensive suggestions are welcome.

For the inexpensive part, retreads are the way to go.  I'm on set #6 without a failure.  Wear is very acceptable and they balance well.  Check them out...

A lot of guys go the BFG AT route on a lighter street truck with good results.

Drop me a private message if you want. I'm the resident tire pusher in the club. If I can save you a few bucks I'll gladly help out.
