Its that time of year again. Please come help us do our part and clean up Rt 390 in Henrietta. Since they have built Dairy Queen on our usual parking lot and it was actually difficult to get to 390 from there, lets try somewhere different. How about the (I believe it is closed now) Perkins parking lot on the East side of 390 next to Tully's and Bill Grey's. Lets meet there at 5:30 so we can get some work done before it gets dark.
We are also planning on having a meeting to discuss 4x4 101. We will go over 2012 and start planning 2013. Any ideas where we want to do this?

I won't make it out till slightly later I now have class till 7(may get out early )on Tuesdays however I will be down as fast as I can. For discussing 101 someplace slightly quieter than moes might be good I am fine either way.

1-2" of rain forecast for tomorrow morning through mid afternoon.
I think it may be a good idea to call this and go for the Thursday rain date. Even if its not actually raining it will be sopping wet.
We should make the call by noon today if we can, I think. Thoughts?

Out. Not that I don't want to help. An hour is a good bit to drive for a road clean up. Also my T&T stuff is showing up Wed so I'll probably have the XJ in the shop working on that.

I just found out I have to work tomorrow night, roughly 6-8:30 or 9. Duplicate of tonight's event that I'm staffing.
Sorry guys! I'll joint you wherever you are once I'm done to chat about 101. What I'd like to see if we can is:
- stated goal of the event (IMO, club growth/ outreach and public education) - budget run from this year to work out sponsor goals - schedule. X Y and Z should happen so far in advance of the event (budget/ goals, sponsor materials, event date, advertising, printing, etc) - possible event dates

Tullys/ Perkins is what I put in the PM/email.
I have all the stuff from Aaron, I'll get it to Smike today sometime. Worst comes to worst I can hang out at the lot and wait for the first person to show up. I have to be back to work by 5:45 at the latest, but it's really close.
somebody let me know how it goes and where you land. I'll probably be done around 9.

just dont look at the rear driver quarter, thats still a work in progress haha.
sweet rockers, fender tuck, flx stickers, and 33" retreads! drove it around a bunch last night and no issues so far.
