The fruits of my labor after bumping the bumper height thread

I went from 31.75\" to 37.75\" at the rear, and got a legal 27\" at 17\" from the rear of the vehicle.  No more hitch dragging!

It needs a bit more gusseting before I tow anything with it, but with all the cracking around the stock hitch mounts that was a bout to fail anyway.
