Title: Saying Hi...
Post by: Guest on September 25, 2007, 10:22:52 AM
Hey guys. New to the site, but I\'ve been in Rochester for a while.

Copper Ridge is probably gonna be my first time running my upgraded 2001 WJ off road. I posted some stuff about the lift kit and suspension work over in the Copper Ridge thread...oh, and some pics too.

Anyways, just wanted to introduce myself. Hopefully I\'ll run into some of you soon.

beautiful shiny black paint.

I love black rigs.  Be warned though, if you wheel the black jeep, you\'ll have stratches - no matter how hard you avoid getting some!!!!

scratches are just battle wounds. besides, i\'ve already got a few \"scars\"...i\'m not too worried about that.

i can\'t make it tonight...dinner plans and poker with the guys after.

i should be there on 10/7 and i\'ll be anxious to break in the gear.

The scratches are properly called \"desert\" (or \"rock\") pinstriping. My black TJ is covered with them. As long as they don\'t go to the bare metal, it\'s not a problem...
