Title: New to area... kind of!
Post by: Guest on September 24, 2007, 09:49:16 PM
Moved here from Buffalo in January....
Had a \'95 ZJ (grand cherokee) that I used to wheel while in Buffalo...
Got rid of that to buy my fiancee an \'04 WJ (grand cherokee) a few months back.
Been aching to get back on the trails.. so I just purchased an \'04 TJ Unlimited a few weeks ago!!
That\'s my long story made short!
We look forward to getting out to a club meeting at Gander Mountain SOON!
and BTW - Scottie - Good to see somewhere else from the middle of nowhere (well .. kind of!).. I grew up in LeRoy!!!!

I always have the BEST timing.....haha...maybe next time.
Wait a minute... 7 pm... maybe we will make it. If we can get out of a birthday event early enough - we at least have to make an appearance there!

And there is usually a gathering at McGregor\'s after the meeting to eat and swap stories.

haha. Funny you mention Tiftt St. - that was the first place I had ever \"off-roaded\"... however, like you said.. Buffalo isn\'t the place to be looking for wheeling. A friend of mine\'s parents had a TON of land.. trails.. mud pits.. rocks.. you name it.. we also used to find some spots in Zoar Valley and northern PA.

We hope to make out out this Tuesday... if nothing changes (however, it usually does with my job)
How many folks usually make it out to these meetings??
